Stephane ensures effective implementation of the EIC from the emergence of new tech to the scaling up of deep tech enterprises. Previously, he was Head of Unit for Financial Instruments in DG R&I, and CEF and investment strategies in DG MOVE. Deputy Head of Cabinet of Commissioner Špidla (2004-2010). Part of the Commission's team negotiating Czech Republic's EU accession terms (2001-03) and coordinating enlargement strategy (2003-04).
