Europe has more climate tech startups than the U.S.; however, it still faces issues of underfunding and fragmentation. With energy shocks becoming more common and reindustrialization gaining attention, climate tech is increasingly considered regarding supply chain security, reduced risk in infrastructure, and national innovation.
